Donald Trump's Daughter Sued By Aquazzura's Founder Edgardo Osorio

The Italian luxury brand officially filed a
copyright infringement case against Republican
candidate Donald Trump 's daughter Ivanka
Trump's eponymous brand after claims the latter
copied the former's designs.

Aquazzura 's founder Edgardo Osorio first made
the claims against Trump earlier this year where
she called her out on Instagram with a picture of
his brand's design beside the formermodel and
businesswoman's design.

He posted the side by side picture of the pairs on
Aquazzura 's Instagram with a caption; " One of
the most disturbing things in the fashion
industry is when someone blatantly steals your
copyright designs and doesn't care.

" Osorio has accused Trump's label of " repeated
infringement" and "d eceptive trade practices"
with the lawsuit citing Aquazzura 's best-seller,
the ' Wild Thing ' sandal as being replicated in
Ivanka Trump's Hettie design.

Trump's brand released a statement dismissing
the allegations as baseless but Aquazzurra is
proceeding with legal action.
